How It All Started
Founded in 1995, Crazy Bike (also known as Crazy Bike Pataneco) was born out of a pure passion for high-performance motorcycles and a drive to deliver lightweight, durable, and exclusive solutions for the racing and tuning world.
It all started in Gafanha da Encarnação, Portugal, in a small workshop focused on repairing and replacing damaged fairings. We quickly realized that the Portuguese market — and beyond — needed higher-quality, custom-made parts using cutting-edge materials. That realization led us to specialize in the handcrafted production of components in carbon fiber, Kevlar, fiberglass, and advanced composites.
Over the past three decades, we have become experts in manufacturing every type of racing and street part: full fairing kits, frame and swingarm protectors, clutch covers, mudguards, brackets, panels, heat shields, and much more. We work with all major motorcycle brands — Aprilia, BMW, Ducati, Honda, Kawasaki, KTM, MV Agusta, Suzuki, Triumph, Yamaha, and others — always prioritizing weight reduction, optimized aerodynamics, and the extreme durability demanded by the track.
Every piece that leaves our workshop is the result of years of hands-on experience, real-world circuit testing, and an obsessive attention to detail. We use advanced techniques such as hand lamination and vacuum infusion to ensure flawless finishes and strength that stands up to the toughest racing conditions.
Today, Crazy Bike remains 100% Portuguese, family-run, and deeply passionate. We continue to innovate, listen to riders and tuners, and deliver parts that make a real difference: lighter for those crucial tenths of a second, stronger for lap after punishing lap.
Thank you to everyone who has trusted us for so many years. Whether you're restoring a classic race bike, prepping a superbike for track days, or creating something truly one-of-a-kind — we're here to make your motorcycle faster, lighter, and crazier.
