We sell aftermarket motorcycle fairings and bodywork parts, primarily made to order.

2. Products and Made-to-Order Policy

All products sold on this website are made to order. This means:

  • We do not keep stock of finished parts.

  • Each item is manufactured specifically after receiving your order.

  • Production begins only after payment is confirmed.

  • Because parts are custom-made for specific motorcycle models and years, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted unless the product is defective or incorrect.

3. Ordering and Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud).

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is accepted.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • We accept payments via Wix Payments/ PayPal.

  • Full payment is required before production begins.

  • Prices may change at any time without prior notice. However, the price at the time of order confirmation will apply.

5. Production and Delivery Times

  • Standard production time is 2 to 3 weeks from the date payment is received.

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method.

  • We will notify you via email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.

  • Please note that production and shipping times are estimates and may be affected by high demand, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Shipping and Risk of Loss

  • We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the products are handed over to the carrier.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or incorrect delivery addresses provided by you.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products:

  • Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order and before production begins.

  • Returns are not accepted for change of mind, wrong size/model selection, or aesthetic preferences.

  • Returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or if the wrong part was shipped.

  • If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, logos, text, and product designs, is the property of Crazy Bike or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

9. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account or placing an order.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
